Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Season fish with salt and pepper, then grill or pan-fry until flaky.
- 2. Mix sour cream with lime juice to make crema.
- 3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet.
- 4. Flake fish into bite-sized pieces.
