Chicken Tikka Masala

Tender chunks of chicken in a creamy, spiced tomato sauce. A beloved Indian dish that's perfect with rice or naan.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 inch ginger, grated
- Various spices (cumin, coriander, paprika)
Instructions
- 1. Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices for at least 2 hours.
- 2. Grill or bake marinated chicken until cooked through.
- 3. Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- 4. Add spices and cook for 30 seconds.
- 5. Add crushed tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 6. Stir in cream and cooked chicken.
- 7. Simmer until sauce thickens.
- 8. Serve with rice or naan bread.
